At MOQ Exams, we want to provide you with a valuable exam preparation experience. Since premium features and digital content are available immediately after purchase, refunds are handled according to the applicable Google Play refund rules and applicable law.

1. Google Play Store Refunds

All in-app purchases are processed securely through Google Play Billing. If you want to request a refund, you can submit a request through your Google Play purchase or order history.

2. Accidental Purchases or Renewals

If you were charged accidentally or your subscription renewed unexpectedly, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your registered email or mobile number and your Google Play transaction reference (GPA code).

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on Google Play, your bank, or the payment provider.

3. Used Digital Features

Because premium features, digital content, or mcoins may be available immediately after purchase, refunds may not be available after the purchased feature has been substantially used, except where required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policies.
